Create a lesson plan using the template that can be found on the “Lesson Plan” page.     Initial _____


Create a visual aid (PowerPoint, poster, Prezi, Google Doc, Web site, etc.) that can be used for direct instruction.     Initial _____


Create a “hands-on” activity to be used for either guided practice or independent practice.             Initial _____


Create a quiz or test to be used for assessment.     Initial _____


Hold a meeting with the teacher whose class you will be teaching to discuss your lesson plan and practice for him/her.     Initial _____


Teach at least two (2) classes.     Initial _____


Hold a meeting with the teacher whose class you taught to review and reflect.  At this meeting you must fill out the Reflection Sheet found the “Lesson Plan” page.     Initial _____


Create a teaching portfolio that includes these documents (This is different from your GP Portfolio and can be digital or “hard-copy.”  You may use this as your second visual aid for your Presentation.):
